We can engage with your design team early to provide NCC/BCA advice, support the preparation and issue of the Building Approval, and remain involved during construction to deliver ongoing guidance and mandatory inspections to ensure compliance is achieved.

Where a proposal triggers referral or concurrence applications, we can assist in identifying these triggers and coordinating the required applications to the relevant authorities as part of the approval pathway.
