Established in July 1998, Bartley Burns Certifiers were one of the first Private Certification companies to hit the market, once the legislation allowed for privatisation in the industry.
Our Building Certification team work to build strong relationships with our clients and this is evident by the large number of long term clients which we are proud to call our regulars. Our Certifiers are able to work with your design team from the early stages with BCA advice, through to the issue of the Building Approval. Once construction commences, our Certifiers are on hand for on-going advice and inspections, and work to ensure timely issue of the Form 11 (Certificate of Classification) or Form 21(Completion Certificate).
