Your Certifier will assess against legislation and planning schemes and issue an assessment report outlining requirements, next steps, and any additional applications, documentation or redesign needed. Once compliant, the Building Approval is issued with a Decision Notice, Conditions of Approval and Stamped Plans — permitting construction to start.
